Nura is a candle concept inspired by the rituals of day and night, encouraging moments of pause, reflection and well being. Designed with longevity in mind, the candle vessel is intended to be repurposed as a starter plant pot once the wax has been used, extending the products lifecycle whilst creating a lasting connection between the user and the object.

The name Nura was inspired by ancient Egyptian mythology and was created by combining references to Ra, the god of the sun, and Nut, the goddess of the sky and night. Together, these figures represent the continuous transition between day and night, which forms the foundation of the brand concept. The name Nura reflects balance, ritual, and the natural cycle of light and darkness, aligning with the dual-purpose candle collection designed for both daytime energy and evening relaxation.

The Nura candle vessel is manufactured from marbled Jesmonite, selected for its premium appearance, durability, and ability to create unique organic patterns, and debossed moulding logo features. Designed with longevity in mind, the vessel can be repurposed after use as a plant pot, storage container, or decorative object, extending the product lifecycle and reducing waste. This focus on reusability supports the brand's sustainability goals while reinforcing the connection to nature that is reflected throughout the animation and visual identity.
